Job Description:
At Chilar HF LLC, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, organized, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle the telephone system, screening and redirecting calls as needed.
- Manage meeting schedules and appointments, organizing the use of conference rooms.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, document writing, and email management.
- Assist with managing documents, reports, and daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide basic assistance with projects and tasks requiring administrative support within the company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (preferably a technical or university degree in administrative areas).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or similar positions.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (Microsoft Office, email management systems, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner under pressure.
- Professional attitude, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Experience or willingness to perform additional administrative tasks is desirable.
Working Conditions:
- 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Compensation: To be agreed upon.
