Main Responsibilities:
- Update the Online Sales category daily to promote items with at least 10% discount.
- Train new recruits on price tags and product uploading.
- Oversee discontinued products in category banners and hero banners.
- Maintain correct links and features on the homepage.
- Analyze reports to ensure product grids display accurate data.
- Ensure new merchandise is categorized correctly.
- Display correct lifestyles and related products.
- Participate in daily meetings to explain new merchandise benefits.
- Analyze Lucky Orange heatmaps for categories.
- Monitor stock levels and PO removals.
- Assist E-Commerce sales team with substitutes and site audit statistics.
- Execute merchandising strategies through product placement and digital assets.
- Analyze session and sales data using Google Analytics.
- Support digital marketing activity and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage Dropship orders from start to finish.
- Oversee Monday Board groups and update merchandise positions.
- Gather trending products with the dcor team.
- Analyze product reviews and post them online.
- Work with Photoshop and create swatches.
- Create price tags and promotional materials.
- Assist with website projects and documentation.
- Keep Find the Store/Our Stores sections up-to-date.
- Refresh lifestyles section every 6 months.
- Document department processes and procedures.
- Run Daily Reprice report and generate work emails.
- B bring price tags up-to-date.
- F fill in product information from folders/pictures provided by QUAC and buyers.
- Generate New SKU report and run New Merchandise report.
- Ensure Vendor Portal accounts are up-to-date.
- Research features and pending information.
- Upload assembly instructions daily.
- Process buyer requests and store requests.
- Organize images in shared folder and Adobe Cloud.
- High School Degree or higher.
- Analytical with critical thinking ability.
- Organized to work multiple functions.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Detail oriented.
- Resourceful and flexible.
