We would love to have you on our team!We are seeking an Office Assistant to be a part of the El Dorado Hills Community Services District which is recognized as the premier park, recreation, and local community services organization with a passion for providing excellent services and facilities and protecting the quality of life and environment of the community.This Office Assistant position is a seasonal, part-time position. The employment duration will be from late February 2025 - mid September 2025 and it is anticipated that this position will work between 20 to 30 hours per week. The anticipated schedule will be Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This Office Assistant position will be working in the Resident Services Office and will be the first point of contact for residents seeking information about services offered by the District. An example of duties are: Assists the public in person or on the phone and answers questions related to department services, programs, and operations.Assists the public with completing forms for facility rentals.Obtains information from customers, visitors or callers to determine appropriate resource, action, document, or staff referral to meet their needs.Prepares outgoing mail and sorts and distributes incoming mail.Operates telephone including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.Performs related duties as assigned.To view the entire job description, click here.
