What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Office Assistant position at El Dorado Septic Service, Inc?
Answer phones, retrieve voice mail messages, return phone calls as quickly as possible.
Retrieve emails
Identify service to be performed and schedule appointments
Prepare job site paperwork.
Dispatch technicians / manage schedules.
Perform billing documentation
Discuss findings and fees with customers
Communicate with customers all aspects of service and necessary repairs
Coordinate/schedule maintenance services on engineered systems.
Submit reports to customers.
Follow up with estimates / recommendations for repairs needed.
Provide service contracts to customers with modified / engineered septic systems.
Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
