Overview
The Community Liaison will serve as the primary contact between our agency and local healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients. This role is responsible for fostering relationships, creating awareness of our services, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and networking skills, as well as a passion for supporting individuals in need of home care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers, senior centers, and other community organizations.
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
- Assist in coordinating referral programs and ensure seamless communication between clients and our agency
- Support the agency's marketing efforts by creating awareness through outreach campaigns, presentations, and community events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients and their families, guiding them through the intake and onboarding process.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or sales (preferably in home care or healthcare services).
