Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and providing top-notch service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their selections.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payments.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Uphold high standards of service in a fine dining atmosphere while demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service within the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and food safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $7.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
