Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender with serving experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their tastes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using A POS systems.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks and food items.
• Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail recipes, and new products to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and serving experience is required. Five years preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings within the food industry, and a good working knowledge of wine and wine service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends as required by the business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7.20 - $9.00 per hour
