El Rey Trucks is a customer-focused and fast-paced automotive dealership offering exceptional service and a great selection of vehicles. We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate MUST BE BILINGUAL speak both English & Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Collect Payments
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, emails and mail distribution
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
