The Maintenance Lead will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the retail store.
- Identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are kept in clean and operational condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with store setup and takedown for special events.
- Collaborate with store staff to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities in accordance with manufacturer's and / or engineering guidelines.
- Provide equipment maintenance support and preventive maintenance and on-demand / emergency basis which may include power washing, change filters, painting, ceiling tiles replaced, lightbulb replacement and other similar duties.
