Your Role : Operational Excellence Associate
This role leads and participates in cross-functional teams, focusing on shop floor training support and continuous improvement on the shop floor aligned with company priorities. You will actively champions a culture of lean continuous improvement on the shop floor and throughout the organization. This position interacts daily with a wide variety of people, including employees, external vendors, other training personnel, and site management.
Your Responsibilities :
- Use instructional design theories, tools, and techniques to create / revise learning material such as job aids, On-the-job (OJT) tools, Instructor-Led, and / or Computer-Based Training (CBT).
- Work with shop floor team to identify and implement solutions using kaizen, 5S standard work, waste elimination, process improvement projects, training to improve shop floor execution.
- Provide support to process teams for problem solving and performance improvement
- Participate in site projects as necessary.
