Join us as a Source to Pay Operational Excellence Analyst and support S2P Global Procurement programs by linking technology with business to help define how we craft value and efficiency for the business!
What you'll do:
- Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Analyze current S2P process to identify bottlenecks, potential issues, assess root causes, and implement solutions to improve operational performance.
- Process Standardization: As an S2P process SME, develop standardized processes and procedures incorporating leading practices. Partner with system admins to plan and support system improvements.
- Source to Pay Process Adoption: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders from Procurement, Finance, IT, Risk, and Suppliers to develop and execute strategies to drive Source-to-Pay adoption.
- Supplier Enablement and e-Invoice Adoption: Collaborate with suppliers to select appropriate enablement channels and ensure compliance.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, process efficiency, automation, and compliance.
- Change Management: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform users of upcoming changes and impacts. Continuously update process and training documents.
- Special Projects: Facilitate S2P rollout in international markets, implement innovative solutions (automation, GEN-AI) and assist in special projects as assigned.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6 years of experience with end-to-end source-to-pay processes
- Experience using Coupa or other Source-to-Pay suite
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong product, systems and technology knowledge including PowerBI, Excel and Robotic Process Automation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent leadership skills, the ability to influence results, facilitate change, and strong analytical/documentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication with people at all levels, including across the enterprise, outside consultants, and vendors
- Strong technical, and business processes competence
