Bilingual Training Facilitators - Arabic & English

Join the ELB Learning team as a dedicated Bilingual (Arabic & English) Training Facilitator , leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality onsite training sessions for banking professionals across the Middle East. This freelance opportunity allows you to lead immersive Instructor Led Training (ILT) on an onsite basis. We are particularly interested in facilitators based in Egypt or the wider Middle East region , but we welcome US-based bilingual candidates willing to travel to Egypt as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation of IT and Banking Training

Conduct comprehensive training sessions in both Arabic and English on vital banking and technology topics, including (but not limited to) :

Digital Transformation Fundamentals in Banking
ITIL4 Foundation
DBS Journey
Digital Payments
SQL Fundamentals
Cybersecurity Risk Management
Data Analytics & Reporting
Fintech & Open Banking
Data Science

Engage and mentor banking staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer on modern AI technologies, Banking and Finance best practices, and core technological and reporting skills.

Content Customization and Enhancement

Collaborate with content developers to refine training materials, ensuring they are culturally relevant and align with the dynamic banking environment of the Middle East.

Incorporate participant feedback to continuously adapt and improve training content.

Engagement and Support

Create a supportive learning environment that encourages interactive participation and practical application of skills.

Provide ongoing support and resources post-training to reinforce and expand participants' knowledge.

Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Proven experience in facilitation for IT, technology, and banking-related subjects .

Strong understanding of the banking sector within Egypt or the broader Middle East.

Willingness to travel onsite to Egypt for training sessions, if US-based.

Ability to adapt training strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and environments.

Additional Information

Location : Flexible, preferably Egypt or Middle East with onsite requirements; US-based candidates must travel.
