Our client is a multi-billion dollar alternative asset manager based in NYC.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client seeks an investor relations associate to support the firm's fundraising objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop understanding of firm's global products, firm policies, and procedures
- Participate in investor meetings and calls; proactively assist with advance meeting prep and subsequent follow-up.
- Manage periodic requests for clients, including completion of quarterly, annual, and ad hoc DDQs, RFPs, and other deliverables.
- Work closely with portfolio specialist and global team members to prepare client materials.
- Help to identify and highlight prospects through industry publications, word of mouth, cap intro.
- Maintain updated prospect lists, pipeline and opportunities in CRM and assist in follow-ups and next steps.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 2 years of investor relations experience from another alternative asset manager
-Previous experience in investment or private banking preferred
-Undergraduate degree required
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
