Elcor is Hiring for a SCHEDULING COORDINATOR for our Nursing Department.
Duties Include: Scheduling Nursing staff/Input schedules into computer, Contacting staff, Taking employee call-offs and finding coverage for vacant shifts, Maintaining records, Processing vacation requests, Tracking staff absences and attendance, Scheduling doctor appointments for residents, and additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills: Computer experience including Excel and Time & Attendance systems, Telephone skills, Analytical thinking, Mathematical skills, Solid Communication skills, Ability to meet deadlines/Time Management skills, Organizational Skills; Previous Nursing Scheduling and Payroll Experience Preferred. Employee would be sitting and/or walking most of the day.
