Job description
ElderCare 4 Families is hiring for an experienced Full-Time or Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Scheduler.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staffing client needs daily with matched caregivers in a timely manner for ongoing, fill-in and emergency needs.
- Documenting conversation between staff, clients, caregivers & family
- Office hours Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with some evenings needed as emergencies arise.
- Fill in for On-Call schedulers
QUALIFICATIONS
- GREAT attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are needed when working consistently through processes
- Excellent & Thorough Written and Oral Communication
- Possess a positive, calm attitude, good people skills, and a professional appearance
- Quick learner
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities with creativity, poise, professionalism and urgency
- Must be Flexible
- Must have proficient computer and customer service skills
- Works independently & with a team
- Works well with interruptions and distractions
- Two years of experience scheduling, preferably in senior care or health care- Clear Care software is a plus!
