About This Career Opportunity
The Move In Coordinator is an integral part of the Sales and Marketing department. This position contributes to the enhancement of revenue and occupancy by overseeing efficient move-in procedures from the moment a deposit is made until the actual move-in occurs in Assisted Living communities. Additionally, this role acts as an essential support member of the sales team in the absence of the Sales and Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt assistance to incoming residents in all aspects of their transition and relocation to the property.
- Organize and complete the necessary paperwork for new residents, including required documentation and residency agreements.
- Facilitate the orientation process for new residents and conduct follow-up communications post-move to guarantee a positive experience for both residents and their families.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups with new residents and their families to ensure a seamless integration into the community.
- Coordinate communication across various departments and buildings to ensure that all move-ins and transfers are executed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee and manage the inventory of apartments while coordinating the preparation of designated apartments to ensure they are ready for new residents.
- Prepare and maintain key occupancy and marketing reports in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Director.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Director in handling inquiries via phone and email from potential residents, their families, and depositors, directing them to appropriate personnel when required.
- Conduct community tours and respond to inquiry calls in the absence of the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and revise resources and marketing materials for residents and their family members.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
