Our Resident Care Coordinator:
- Audits, coordinates, oversees and organizes the medication program with the medication management team
- Provides coordination and leadership in the delivery of care to all residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, as per stated on care assessments.
- Responsible for the scheduling of the Assisted Living caregiving and medication technician team, manages call offs and vacation requests.
- Fills in when necessary to cover medication technician and caregiving open shifts
- Ensures that medical records are completed and in compliance with Title 22 and Federal Regulations, to include, but not limited to: Initial Advance Directives, Resident Rights information, and evaluations required.
What you need to succeed:
- Current First Aid Training and Certifications as per Title 22.
- Extensive medication management experience
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office/Excel, sufficient enough to be successful with computerized Point of Care and other systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Management experience.
- Must possess effective English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Minimum 2 years experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long term care, home care or related field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.50 - $28.30 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
