Transforming Age - Elder Care Alliance
Our ROAD Interns:
- Rotate through several teams and be responsible for various activities and assignments, such as Lifestyle/Activities, Dining Services, and Sales & Marketing.
- Develop relationships with mentors, team members and residents/clients.
- Learn about programs, processes, policies, products and applications to serve our residents/clients and our business.
- Complete and present a ROAD Internship project to Senior Leadership Team
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Elder Care Alliance and Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- Current pursuit of undergraduate education preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Organized, self-motivated, professional demeanor.
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Able to prioritize and balance concurrent/competing projects, tasks or assignments.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer service and care for clients & residents.
- Open to learning and receiving feedback.
