Elder Care Homecare is seeking experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Support to join our company's team. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey, with additional expansion planned in the future.
Elder Care has been in operation for over seven years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two. In this role, you will be supporting our Sales team, providing administrative assistance, sales marketing merchandise, event marketing and management, marketing process support, support of digital marketing, as well as receiving and qualifying inbound sales inquiries and other sales strategies. This role is based in our Manhattan office. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
As the Sales & Marketing Support, you will be responsible for marketing and sales activities that support Elder Care Homecare's mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of marketing experience specifically related to digital marketing and/or event based-marketing, experience planning and executing on unified sales and marketing strategies, experience using a CRM, and have a willingness to learn new skills. Responsibilities:
- Advising on and contributing to the development of marketing strategies (event marketing, collateral marketing)
- Administrative support of sales team
- Data support (CRM system management and DocuSign) and onboarding of team members to systems
- Tracking performance data and ensuring compliance
- Working closely with our sales team on event marketing/planning
- Handling inbound sales inquiries both on the phone and through online channels
- Ability to clearly communicate our value to prospective clients and effectively qualify inbound leads
- Working with the sales team to help plan events/client outreach and execute on a unified sales strategy
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office and Google Suite. Ability to learn new software.
Requirements:
- 2 years of marketing experience - digital/event marketing or some combination
- Experience with planning and executing on sales and marketing strategies (events, campaigns, logistics and scheduling related to these initiatives)
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Nice to Haves
- Experience with lead qualification
- CRM experience - bonus if you’ve used Hubspot in the past
- Graphic design/photoshop experience
