What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Receptionist/Secretary position at Elder Law Solutions?
Well-established elder law practice looking for a legal receptionist.
Duties include answering telephone calls and e-mails, maintaining records in our electronic system, scanning and filing, performing intake procedures and scheduling appointments, etc.
Prior experience in a legal setting is not required. Proficiency with basic computer functions and above-standard customer service are required. Applicants with prior office experience are given priority.
This is a hybrid remote position with flexible hours including the option for mother's hours, for a total of 16-24 hours per week. Pay is $15/hour, no benefits. Includes reasonable paid time off.
