Elder Outreach Administrative Solutions, a management company in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team. The position is a full time position which entails day-to-day accounting functions, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounts payable for the business and related entities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- General ledger coding and reconciliation of monthly activity, generating monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
- Manage and prepare all tax related requirements for state and local taxes.
- Process credit card reconciliations.
- Follow up with vendors as required on past due invoices or billing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping required.
- Must possess intermediate/advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all vendors and staff.
- Advanced computer technology skills is a plus.
Education:
- High School Diploma
