Duties

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.

• Lead and mentor senior leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms for the organization.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development efforts and expand market presence.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
• Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing beneficial agreements.
• Proficient in process improvement methodologies with a focus on optimizing workflows.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
