Elderly Housing Management (EHM) is seeking a Grants & Development Manager to drive funding efforts for our affordable housing initiatives. This role involves securing grants, managing development projects, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the success of multifamily housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and apply for public/private funding opportunities to support affordable housing projects
✅ Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and efficiency
✅ Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, funders, and community partners
✅ Oversee procurement, budget tracking, and reporting for grant-funded initiatives
✅ Collaborate with leadership on strategic fundraising and multi-year funding plans
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field
✔ 3 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or housing development
✔ Strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, CHFA, DOH, and other affordable housing funding sources
✔ Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
✔ Excellent writing, research, and project management skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & grant management software
