Duties

  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of services for individuals.
  • Manage program operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners to facilitate effective service coordination.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for various programs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized service plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavioral health and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management, administrative tasks, and supervising staff.
  • Background in social work or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in relationship management and communication to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and resource management within a service delivery context.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
