We are a local Appliance Retailer looking for a Service Coordinator with the following responsibilities:
- Customer interaction:Receiving service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms, accurately logging details of the issue and customer information.
- Scheduling and dispatching:Assigning technicians to service calls based on availability, location, and expertise, scheduling appointments with customers, and communicating details of the service call.
- Status updates:Providing customers with updates on the progress of their service call, including estimated arrival times and technician information.
- Issue resolution:Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting basic problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Service Ticket management:Creating and maintaining accurate service tickets, including details of the service call, parts needed, and technician notes
- Performance monitoring:Tracking key metrics like response times, completion rates, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
