About the role
We are looking for an Operations & Support Specialist to join the Elders Toll Formulation team on a permanent, full-time basis. Elders Toll Formulation is an agri chemical formulation facility currently being established in Rockingham, WA.
Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the facility, this is an exciting opportunity to join a new business from day one. As one of the key ERP system users, you will initially provide support around data setup for production activities as well as managing contractor induction and management.
Once operational, this varied and multi-faceted role, could see you completing purchasing activities, account reconciliation, quotes and sales administration, inventory management or customer service on any given day.
Responsibilities
As an Operations & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Administration and production support for Toll formulation activities, purchasing, reporting, account reconciliations etc.
Providing timely, friendly and professional customer service as the first point of contact
Managing all areas reception including inventory management for the site and visitor induction and management
Organise staff training, participate in audits and, contribute to achieving business goals and performance targets
Provide quotes and sales administration as requested
About you
To succeed at Elders, you can:
Previous experience in a customer service/ reception role within a fast-paced environment
Experience within a production and / or logistics environment
Knowledge of dangerous goods and their transport requirements
Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite and ability to learn new systems
