Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including local recruiting, healthcare recruiting, and internal recruiting.
- Conduct employee evaluations and assist in talent management initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in employee relations matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruiting.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Strong understanding of candidate evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $26.00 - $33.80 per hour
