Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid is seeking an effective, detail-oriented and process-driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR Team.
This is an onsite position; facility is located at 185 Old Military Rd, Lake Placid, NY 12946.

Recruitment Coordinator - Position Overview:
- The Recruitment Coordinator provides day-to-day recruitment and new employee onboarding support for the facility. The Recruitment Coordinator also supports company compliance for state surveys/audits, and serves as a point of contact for all new and current employees This position will also take a lead on retention initiatives and develop ways to engage new and existing staff.
- Experience and comfort with social media management is a plus!

Recruitment Coordinator
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related field OR equivalent experience in HR role
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
- Proficiency in computer applications and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- This position involves regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
