OVERVIEW :
Eleccion is seeking a Systems / Business Analyst to support an application delivery program for our client. The successful candidate must understand and document requirements, dependencies and constraints for this program.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation.
- Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns.
