OVERVIEW : Eleccion is seeking a Systems / Business Analyst to support an application delivery program for our client. The successful candidate must understand and document requirements, dependencies and constraints for this program. RESPONSIBILITIES : Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication. Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation. Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns. QUALIFICATIONS : Required : 3 years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work across distributed teams. Experience working within Agile software development environment. Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation. Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members. Desired : Lean six sigma certification Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) All candidates must have a TS / SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
