Elecnor Hawkeye is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our project management team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our underground transmission utility projects.
Your key responsibilities will include tracking and managing project documentation, including change orders and closeouts. You will also proactively identify and resolve challenges that could impact project success. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance future project execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field. You will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is mandatory; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or a related field is required.
