Responsibilities

This position reports to the Operations Manager and executes day-to-day activities to ensure the company is running smoothly and efficiently
•
It also assists with special projects and initiatives designed to improve the overall performance of the company
•
Responsible for identifying bill of materials needed for jobs, reviewing inventory, and placing orders with suppliers
•
Responsible for reviewing the job schedule and communicating with customers about installation logistics
•
Responsible for liaising with with other units such as Sales, Service, or Accounting to support installation projects and customers
•
Responsible for executing special projects as directed by the Operations Manager as determined by departmental needs
•
Responsible for performing other duties as assigned including delivery coordination, warehouse inventory management, and more
