The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 annually and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.

What You Will Do
As a Senior Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and Electra’s leadership team to strategize, source, screen, and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process including intake, sourcing, screening, pre-briefs, debriefs and offers.
- Develop strategies for both traditional and non-traditional resources and techniques to source a diverse pipeline of candidates, including passive prospects, successfully.
- Serve as a thought leader on clean tech talent, identifying and participating in events, partnerships, and other initiatives to discover new candidate channels.
- Support and drive talent process improvements, leveraging data to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Stay up to date and ensure hiring practices adhere to relative regulations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and communicate effectively with candidates about the company’s value proposition.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and communicate consistently and proactively while guiding them through the hiring process.
- Manage the interview and offer process while creating a positive candidate experience for both selected and non-selected candidates.
- Work with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to support the Electra internship program
- Read, understand, and comply with all workplace health and safety policies, safe work practices, and company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience recruiting, either in-house or a combination of agency and in-house, for engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, systems, chemical, electrochemical, or related
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth companies or start-up environments
- Experienced at functioning as a business partner to hiring managers, providing market data insights to drive towards effective recruiting strategies and decisions
- Strong project management skills with a proven track-record of delivering recruiting projects that elevated the overall hiring process
- Experienced with inclusive, structured hiring process that reduce bias in hiring decisions
- Strategic, data-driven thinker, with the proven ability to analyse sourcing statistics and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process
- Experience being scrappy and a critical thinker who will find creative ways to source top talent
- Comfortable providing solutions to issues in a creative and effective way
- Exercise judgement in selecting methods, evaluating, adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Ability to effectively work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Comfortable with providing advice on complex matters to internal stakeholders
- Exceptional networking, relationship building, and customer service skills
- Extensive experience working in with applicant tracking software, preferably Greenhouse, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- 10 years of industry experience recruiting for engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, systems, chemical, electrochemical, and hydrometallurgical
- Certified Staffing Professional and/or Technical Services Certified
