In addition to these duties, you will also be responsible for:
- Supporting payroll and timekeeping processes for field employees
- Organizing and managing company documentation, including the company handbook
- Building templates to streamline operations and improve efficiency
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
