Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CEO Liaison and Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating communication with our team members.
- Handle customer requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Create and manage customer accounts in ServiceTitan
- E-mail management and organization
- Calendar management and coordination
- Develop and implement templates to improve office efficiency
- Provide additional support to the office team as needed
- Assist with special projects related to marketing, sales, research, and more
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes for field employees
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology (electrical industry knowledge is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
