Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant and fast paced environment MANDATORY
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and making change
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for calculating drink prices, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures to ensure safe handling of beverages and ingredients
- Experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is required
