Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated ERP Administrator to join our team. You will serve as the primary owner of our Microsoft Business Central platform, ensuring its deployment, operation, and integration with manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will bring expertise in ERP systems, a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management, and experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- ERP System Management: Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Central, overseeing its configuration, maintenance, and optimization to meet business needs.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between MS Business Central and other critical systems, including MES platforms, to support end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements that leverage ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- User Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users to maximize the effective use of the ERP system.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, including regular audits and updates.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for operations, supply chain, and leadership teams.
- Compliance: Ensure ERP processes align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in ERP-related projects, including upgrades, customizations, and new module implementations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Accounting Skills: Strong accounting skillset with an understanding of financial processes and reporting within an ERP system.
- Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience managing MS Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production workflows.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration with MES platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable workflows.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and inventory management.

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
