ERP Administrator

• ERP System Management: Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Central, overseeing its configuration, maintenance, and optimization to meet business needs.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration between MS Business Central and other critical systems, including MES platforms, to support end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements that leverage ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• User Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users to maximize the effective use of the ERP system.
• Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, including regular audits and updates.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for operations, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Compliance: Ensure ERP processes align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in ERP-related projects, including upgrades, customizations, and new module implementations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Accounting Skills: Strong accounting skillset with an understanding of financial processes and reporting within an ERP system.
• Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience managing MS Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production workflows.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration with MES platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and inventory management.

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
