Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner and ensure that they are connected to Company staff as appropriate or otherwise dispositioned.
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including organizing incoming packages and mail, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collect completed engineering folders for appropriate processing.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and research projects as needed by the CEO and other members of Management.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collect application and resumes from incoming potential employees and organize them for HR pickup at the front desk.
- Collect NDA forms from guests touring the facility and scan them onto the server.
- Check emails from the various Sales and other inboxes and forward them to the correct recipients.
- Use our sales CRM to assign website leads to the correct persons.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Three to four years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role including maintaining incoming calls is required.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
- Familiarity with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite; experience with EPICOR is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment with large call volumes.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
