Job Type: Full Time, Hourly
Compensation: $25 - 30 per hour (Dependent on qualifications)
Location: Onsite at 201 4th Avenue SW, New Prague, MN 56071
Expected Hours of Work: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 5PM.
Reports to: Vice President of Inside Sales & Project Management

Electric Pump and its family of companies have been in operation for the last 45 years providing fluid handling equipment to our customers in the industrial, municipal, and environmental markets. In addition, we are the largest pump service organization in the upper Midwest. Electric Pump is comprised of eight locations in seven states with approximately 115 employees. Job Summary
The inside sales specialist position develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the water, wastewater, and industrial markets to increase sales of products and/or services. Develops sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability.
Essential Functions
- Contact partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
- Match programs to customer requirements, and close contracts for defined programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, community management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
- Ensure handoffs to community management, development and support are successful, and exceed customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma required with 2 years related experience or an Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline. Related experience would look like minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support experience and 2 years in customer service, public speaking or training role.
