Who we are looking for:

On a daily basis, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage Liteline s social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, create email blast campaigns, increase flow to website, and manage all web content. They will also delegate responsibilities to in-house web developers, content creators, and other members of the Marketing team.

The objective of the role is:

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Liteline, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it s performing and optimize user experience
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
• Lead the web development transition from current backend to new ecosystem

Reporting directly to one of the Co-Presidents, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Create and manage content for Liteline s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
• Research, track, and analyze user behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Liteline s marketing campaigns
• Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
• Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
• Create paid campaigns on social media platforms

This is the perfect job for you, if you have/are:

• Experience in digital marketing for B2B companies.
• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
• Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Ability to analyze and measure consumer metrics, reports, and trends
• Strong project management and managerial skills
• Photo and video editing skills with proficiency in photo and video editing software
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research is preferred
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
