What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Management Manager position at Electrical Components International?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including creative sourcing and pipelining
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Implement talent management strategies, policies, and programs that support talent acquisition, retention, and development objectives
- Manage the maintenance and execution of the recruiting, performance, talent, and training management systems
- Develop all job descriptions inclusive of physical requirements, standards of performance, required competencies and maintain their compliance
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management
- 10 years of full life cycle sourcing and recruiting experience inclusive of expertise in hiring of all functions and leadership within a global and/or manufacturing environment
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, university relations, and employment branding
- Skilled in configuring, managing, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP compliance and affirmative action, applicant tracking requirements and EEO compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with ability to make ethical and effective decisions
- Knowledge of data driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have an extremely proactive approach with strong initiative
