We are seeking a Human Resource Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a Human Resources Admin, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain materials for orientation.
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate with Superintendents for referrals and termination slips
- Maintain I9's and complete all E-Verifications
- Maintain New Hire Registry Information
- Enter certifications into My Comply
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours for this position are from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
