Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General administrative support for Owings Mills office
  • Phones: answering and directing phone calls, managing phone lists
  • Meetings: manage meetings, executive conference room, Clickshare & Teams systems
  • Guest Services: greeting visitors, maintaining vendor conference room, scheduling luncheons and vendor meetings
  • Printers: ordering ink, supplies, large format printing and document printing as needed
  • Office Orders: office supply orders, dry stock orders, kitchen supply orders etc.
  • Amazon Business Account: Office orders/jobsite Amazon orders as requested
  • Maintaining Common Areas: kitchen, conference rooms and printer areas
  • Mailing/Postage: daily mail sorting/delivery, USPS, FedEx, UPS
  • Typing: letters, reports etc.
  • Safety: maintain and add safety certifications into MyComply safety platform
  • Accounting: assist with payroll data entry or additional clerical duties as needed

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, organizational and communication skills
