Nurse Call Low Voltage Technician
Primary Role
Responsible for providing Nurse Call assembly, installation, and service / repair support to Customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, installation, and repair of equipment, materials, and systems as directed, specified, and required in the work orders and project documentation.
- Read and understand assigned project documentation, work orders, and determine if additional information is required.
- If necessary, schedule assigned projects with the Customers and arrange for material delivery, tools, and equipment needed. Advise Install Manager or PM of requests for equipment, Engineering, and Sales assistance.
- Attend regular job meetings when required.
- Inform Project or Installation Manager of any problems and concerns with assigned projects.
- Maintain updated drawings and documentation for assigned projects.
- Report daily / weekly time and activity to the Project or Installation Manager, and update project database information.
- Maintain a professional image and build good customer relationships.
- Actively participate in personal and professional development, and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that the company offers.
- Comply with Company policies, as well as health and safety issues,
- Promote a team environment.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Accountability
The Nurse Call Low Voltage Technician will be accountable to the Project / Installation Manager. Secondary accountability will be to General Manager, employees, and Customers of the company.
