Location : Waco, TX- Electrolit Manufacturing Plant
Reports to : Plant Operations Director
Position Summary
The Production Manager for Electrolit Manufacturing USA is responsible for managing the flow of all finished products including production and inbound shipments, customer shipments, interplant shipments, inter-warehouse shipments, all while maintaining control of inventory on site. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. Production Manager will report to the Plant Operations Director.
About you
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the beverage industry with a strong background in manufacturing and production operations. Experience in implementing GMPs across the production floor and developing SOPs for all production processes is highly desired.
Principal Duties
1. Collaborates with Department Leaders in various areas to ensure seamless production processes throughout the operations plant.
2. Collaborate with leadership to develop supply chain strategy and lean initiatives to reduce the cost of goods sold.
3. Provide insight on continuous Production development Strategies.
4. Train and manage employees in safe and efficient product warehousing, storage, packing, and all inbound and outbound shipments.
5. Ensure all inventories as handled properly in SAP through the reconciliation process and month end closing.
6. Manage flow of finished products away from production operations.
7. Minimize equipment downtime and reduce scrap rate.
8. Maintain dock storage facilities in an organized manner.
9. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, good manufacturing processes, and safety standards.
10. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of SAP required.
2. Strong Microsoft office suite program experience required
3. Knowledge of both State and Federal safety protocols and emergency preparedness required.
4. Knowledge of Company Safety Policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) required.
5. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the beverage industry is required.
6. Experience in continuous process improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies is preferred
7. Certification in GMP or HACCP is preferred.

Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations. or related field required.
2. Ability to travel throughout facility to conduct safety training required.
3. Ten (10) years prior experience in Production Management required.
4. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Must be able to lift Thirty (30) pounds.
- Must be able to comfortably use ladders and step stools.
