All about the role:
As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in planning and adjusting production schedules on our main assembly and pre-assembly lines. You will work closely with the central planning team, material planning specialists, manufacturing supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that production aligns with shipment schedules and component availability. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and drive continuous improvements will be key to your success in this role.
Where you’ll be:
This position will be based in the Anderson, SC.
What you’ll do:
Plan production on main assembly and pre-assembly lines based on production requests from the central planning team.
Make changes to the production plan based on factory performance to align with shipment schedules and specific needs.
Management of planning parameters in selected systems to best optimize the supply chain process.
Collaborate with material planning specialists to address component availability and make necessary changes to the production plan.
Work with the central planning team to meet specific customer requirements and adjust the production plan for urgent customer needs.
Update production reports and the production plan after changes and modifications to product BOMs.
Plan production for project needs within established limitations and line performance.
Drive continuous improvements in the department.

Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 Years experience in Supply Chain, logistics
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AS400) and MS Office
