What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Material Coordinator-1st Shift position at Electrolux Home Products, Inc.?
SUMMARY
The Material Receiving Coordinator will support the Buyer Sourced Supplier Coordinators with documentation, data entry, order / load management, business process compliance, as well as communication with internal staff and limited Supplier communication.
This role is located in our Fletcher, NC location. Must be available to work between the hours of 6 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identified pack slips sent via email and preform first time tracking for delivery date to the facility.
- Review pack slips and confirm a 3-way match with the system vs the pack slip for purchase order number, part number and open purchase order quantity.
- Update the system with shipment notes, tracking and promises dates and escalated any pack slip issues back to the Buyer Sourced Supply Team for supplier corrections before arrival.
- Support the Buyer Sourced Supply Team in purchase order problem solving.
- Liaison between Quality Team and the Buyer Sourced Supply Team with quality issues within the warehouse.
- Coordinate and complete MSO returns needed with the Buyer Sourced Supply Team
- Coordinate and complete AUDIT, NCMR needed with the Buyer Sourced Supply Team
