Must be able to work both First and Third Shifts
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled. They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Welding
- Assembly
- Blueprint reading
- Machine operation
- Buffing and grinding
- Refrigeration knowledge
- Electrical knowledge
- Hand tool operation
- Fork truck operating
- Basic computer skills
- Tape measure reading
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Have good attendance habits
- Must be safety conscience
- Cooperative/team player
- Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands
- Able to learn new things quickly
- Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reductions, process improvement, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
