Your Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of ElectroMedia, responsible for building relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored technology solutions. You’ll engage with businesses and organizations to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and engage new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
✔ Conduct needs analysis and present customized technology solutions
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
✔ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
✔ Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry changes
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
✔ Provide management with insights on customer needs and market opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of outside sales experience (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $62,400.00 commission
Commission Structure:
- $0 – $500,000 in sold leads: Commission-based earnings
- $500,000 – $1,000,000 in sold leads: Increased commission potential
