What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our team, you'll handle multiple tasks related to managing accounts receivable for veterinary clinics. Your role will involve:
- Managing recurring billing & providing tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring a smooth financial experience for pet owners.
- Demonstrating empathy and professionalism as you engage in sensitive negotiations with pet owners, helping to resolve outstanding payments while maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborating with banking and credit institutions to streamline payment processes.
- Liaising with our veterinary clinic partners to settle accounts efficiently and amicably.
Who You Are:
We're searching for someone who possesses a blend of empathy, professionalism, and a proactive attitude toward negotiation and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Fluency in Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- A solid understanding of basic contractual and financial procedures.
